Rental price range in D9/10 starts from about $6k upwards where you can probably be expecting a project without decent facilities or very mature projects. If your expectations of your accommodation requires decent facilities and a relatively new project, you could be looking at price ranging from $7k upwards. I have a good mixture of such units for rental I these districts and perhaps maybe able to assist you in house hunting.
