We are in the process of negotiating a property, the agent wanted to close the deal fast as the valution would expire in late Oct 10.
We wonder whether can we negotiate whether can we based on a newer valuation? Valuation based on Nov onwards? How can we neg if the Valuation is higher or lower than the old valution?
Reason is that our existing property are currently being market & we do not want to being face in a pressure to sell situation.
