We are in the midst of selling our hdb flat. Viewers who came were satisfied with the house and every other thing except one of our direct neighbours. So far there hasn’t been any offer except 1 who offered very Low, reason cited becos of neighbour too. We have committed to another house so technically we need to sell our house before nov/Dec. Agent advised us to close the deal even if it’s a low offer since majority viewers who came were very concern of the same reasons and there’s nothing much we can do. I like to know if anyone encounters similar problem during selling of their flat and we really have to resort to selling our flat way lower than market rate (FYI, our expected price is not very high either, it’s about the market rate)?
