Hi, Based on your information provided, you should qualify for a grant of 20K, and marriage cert have to be ready 6months before TOP (ie when you collect keys). Presently ECs available include Sea Horizon at Pasir Ris, Forestville at Woodlands, Ecopolitan at Punggol and a few others. There are also new ECs coming up at Jurong West, Punggol and Sengkang, probably august onwards. Good afternoon, as both of you don't have any outstanding housing loan, you will be eligible up to 80% bank loan (still based on MSR and TDSR). You will also be eligible for CPF housing grant as SCs. 1) up to $10k income - $30k grant; 2) $10,001 to $11k income - $20k grant; 3) $11,001 to $12k income - $10k grant.
