We are currently waiting for our EC to be TOP soon.
Prior to this, I have few questions.

1) can I purchase a private condo for investment purposes?

2) Does the bank allow me to borrow again if I have bank loan for my EC?

3) Can I rent out my EC if I have to relocate?

Good afternoon EC owner,

You will have to fulfill 5 years minimum occupation period before you are eligible to purchase a private property and/ or rent out your EC.

Afternoon,

As you have inked the OTP for the purchase of EC, you will need to fulfill the MoP before you are eligible for purchase of your second property.
