We are a SC and PR HDB household. We have fully paid our HDB and do not have any loans elsewhere. We want to buy a private condo(PC) to live and rent out the HDB. First Qns....must I sell my HDB or can I keep it...2nd Qns If we have to put both name in the PC...can I rent my whole HDB? Any restriction? I heard PR household cannot rent out whole HDB and only up to 5 yrs....Is ours a PR household?......Third Qns...if we decide to rent out the PC and stay in HDB, can this be done? Any restriction? meaning I buy 1 room PC under both our names and rent it out fully?...fourth Qn, On the latest cooling measure, r we restricted in any way beside able to loan 60% our total income?
