We are a family of 5 (couple, parents and a kid) looking for a HDB unit for a period of 6 month from mid Aug before we move into our own. Preferable location around Hougang or Sengkang. Budget 2 - 2.2K.

Hi,
usually tenanted period is 1 year. Of course, you can terminate the contract if you give one month notice.

Looking at your situation, u may need to get 3 rooms for this budget 2.2k. please call me as i have few units for rental.
