We are a couple looking to rent a studio apartment or 2-room HDB flat in Singapore, with a budget of up to $2,500 per month inclusive of utilities. My wife and our small, well-behaved Pomeranian will be the primary occupants, with myself staying over on select nights — so the unit will be lightly used and well looked after.
We are looking for a short-term lease of up to 6 months, as we are currently in the process of purchasing our own resale flat. Ideally, we are hoping to move in immediately or within a matter of days, so we are particularly keen to hear from landlords or agents who can accommodate a quick handover. We understand this is a less conventional arrangement and are fully transparent about our situation — we are also happy to negotiate terms with any landlord who is open to it.
