    Hello Mr Mike Lim, We are actually a Management Company subletting out room units from a whole unit from Landlord to Tenants. Currently our Tenants are EP, PR and STP holders. We are looking for 3 rooms + 1 maid room. We also required to install a glass partition in the Living Room. We only rent up to 6 paxs. We are willing to rent from landlord for 2 years period.
