Wanting to rent my 4rm flat in Sembawang Blk 340. Comes with furniture, appliance, 3 aircons & internet. How much can i rent the whole unit out for?

Rental rates over there ranges from $2300 to $2600 depending on furnishing options, facing, condition of the unit etc.

How about asking for $2.5k for a start? Judging from your description, I'd say that your unit is pretty much in good condition.
