Verdale developer units are fully sold, so those listed for sale are mainly sub sale units where you buy from the first owner. Are you only looking at J Jurong Kechil area? Do you need to move in soon? There is an upcoming new launch at District 22 near Cashew MRT, just wondering if you may be keen?

Developer has fully sold out Verdale, thus what you are seeing are the subsale units. You will need to check on the maintenance fees with individual listing agents but I doubt they are able to advise as of now.
