Upon signing for the purchase letter, lawyer informs me that the name of the development will be changed as the existing one infringes on the copy right of another condo's name. Upon TOP, I checked the name of the development, it has changed again, and the name of the development does not reflect the one that is stated in the purchase letter. Would I be able to seek for recourse or compensation as the naming of the property will also affect the value of the development?

Dear sir/madam, I feel that this is more of a legal question than a real estate one. It should be a better option to seek legal opinion.
