There is no income ceiling restriction for resale EC.

Hi Alvin,

Resale EC is like a private condo for Singaporean and PR hence there is no salary limit.Please let me know if you want a banker to talk to you. I have various bank contacts (OCBC, POSB, UOB, Maybank, RHB, Standard Chartered) for you to choose.

Evening Alvin,

Resale EC is considered as private property. Hence the income ceiling requirement does not affect your intention of the purchase.
