If you are purchasing one for rental purposes, i will advise you to purchase commonwealth towers over waterfront.

It's centralized located and beside a MRT. Even though there are numerous units in this project and a few more projects in Redhill MRT area, I don't think it will dampen the take up rate of rental units due to its strategic location and ease of traveling anywhere via train.
