There are many rogue agents in the markets now. There are many agents who own money lenders and even loan shark. These agents are very desperate and always planning all tricks to trick HDB BUYERS AND SELLERS.
There are a couple still at large in the market targeting at consumers who put their trust in them. How to prevent these agents from practising. They dressed very well and quite eloquent.
How to teach them a lesson legally? They are a disgrace to real estate industry. They are husband and wife but always try to cover up their relationship until we check on them from their agency when we felt something amiss.
Advise to all consumers if you can buy or sell your property without an agent, DIY. Engaging an agent (mostly) to help you in purchasing/selling process is such a heartache and wasting of money.
