Hi Cyn, It is not only about pricing which is very superficial. For commercial properties, many seasoned investors are more keen in getting units which are more easily rentable or business owners will be seeking units with better facing and floor level depending on the building design. It has to have a right balance since you may sell it cheap as you want but if they are not able to rent it out or generate the business traffic they are looking for, it will still defeat its purpose, unless of course you are doing a fire sale which will put a dent in your investment objectives. Perhaps you may want to advise on your unit available as well as what price are you looking for before i can give you better advise after assessment of the situation.
