There are 4 Filipinos who wants to rent my mum's flat which has fulfilled its MOP.

The group consist of 4 ladies holding valid S-passes. 2 of the S-Passes have validity up til June 2016. The other two only till Mar2015. According to HDB guidelines, the validity of the S-passes must be at least 6months.

Does this mean she cannot rent out to the 2 ladies whose passes are expiring in 2015? Any advice is appreciated.
