The URA site plan shows a temple to be build along the entrance next it the condo ... Will it be a columbarium ? how will the temple affect the resale price in future for Signature and Criterion ?

Hi KC,

There's no official confirmation on the plans, but since the last columbarium episode which may have upset some residents, my guess is they will be more prudent if and when they announcing any plans. Resale value wise it is subjective. Thanks and may I understand your requirements further so to assist with your EC purchase. Hope to discuss further.
