The three of us(all ladies) are master students at NUS. We will arrive in Singapore in mid to late July and we plan to rent a house and live until mid May 2023.
It would be really kind of you if you can help us with the following questions:
Are utility bills and internet bills included in the rent?
Is hot water available 24 hours?
Will the owner live with us or not?
Is cooking allowed, or only light cooking is okay?
