The landlord will not allow me to make early termination even though there is only 2 months left to the contract. He now wants to sue me. Can anyone advice what other ways can I resolve this or I should just let him sue me?

What normally happens if a landlord sue a tenant?

Dear tenant,

A contract is a contract, where you need to be responsible to ensure that the terms and conditions are fulfilled, otherwise be prepared to face legal consequences. I am unsure what exactly the issue is now, but if you can seek advise from the salesperson who brokered this rental for you to assist you, you can probably find a resolution to this issue sooner.
