The Condo looks great but all the facilities are still under construction and a mess at the moment. the official TOP date was 2010 and not sure what is the reason for non completion till now. The entrance water feature, pool deck, terrace at level 24 with water feature are all non existent. Will they ever be completed as per original plan

Please write to me on what are your requirements. Whether you are considering this condo for buying. We shall let you know the developers completion time frame. As the TOP is at a later date all the work which is still pending will be completed then.
