Yes, you may market it now if seller agreed to it. As we will need to take photos and put it up for marketing, as well as, to bring potential tenants for viewing.
So other than verbal agreement, seller has to agree to pass a set of keys to you to start the marketing activities.
The tenancy agreement can only starts on 15 Nov 2017 as it is then legally under yours.
