The co-owner of my property and I appointed an agent as exclusive agent to sell our property. Another agent from the same company advertised our property without our authority and approval and even included terms that we did not ask. Our appointed agent said he doesn't know what the 2nd agent did as the latter was from another team. What action can I take against the 2nd agent?
