Afternoon Suzie,

Most of the HDB point block in Singapore, with area size of around 126sqm are going at around $630k to $750k. EA re going at around the same range, depending on location. HUDC are mostly privatized and this particular unit have an area size 152sqm. It 's a totally different classification in comparison. If you think it's steep, then you might want to look at something that's more within your budget.
