Thank you for the feedback for my earlier query. I am confirm taking a 4room condo during the new launch at 19 Toh Yi Road. Will it be enough if I prepare 200k for booking fees, etc?

A note that the booking fee will be 5% of the purchase price, and do you have any idea what is the rough purchase price of a 4 bedroom at 19 Toh Yi Road? And does the new measure on loan curb recently does affect you as well?
