What about Pasir Ris area? If you are only looking at Tampines its either Alps Residences for new condos or resale units. The upcoming new CDL condo at Tamp Ave 10 will only be ready after 2019.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Dear Mdm Janet,

As regards to your situation, I hope it is already concluded.

However please do take note Alps expected TOP on paper is in June 2020, could be earlier*. there is certain risk if you need to move by 2019.

As for the Alps at the current moment, there is still available high floor units, however it is currently 86% sold. if you need assistance regarding this matter please do let me know.

Alternatives will be developments in other locations, or resale units.

Last Alternative (not advisable) - is to rent 1st,and wait for new developments.
