So my wife and i am looking at a 3 room HDB resale flat that cost $330k,
We are first timer.
instead of taking HDB loan,
we might be going for bank loan.
my monthly gross income is $2700(after CPF about $2200)
She is LTVP holder. Earning $2300 per month
we have about $12k cash on hand now.
my CPF OA has $30k
will we be able to afford it? if we can, i will be looking for a agent.
