Single, aged 38 year old Singaporean planning to purchase a resale HDB flat for investment where I would want to rent out the whole HDB flat to generate passive income for myself.
(1) Should I purchase a 3 or 4 room HDB flat? A 3 or 4 room flat has more potential to rent out?
(2) Any specific locality? I am currently staying in the East and prefer to to purchase one in the East as well?
(3) Would I eligible for any HDB grants? Seems the only subsidy I am eligible for is the Single grants of S$5000
(4) I would be able to purchase the flat and then rent out the whole place since MOP is not applicable right?
