Singaporean chinese family of 3 persons (couple n a 8yrs old child) looking for a Master room with NO OWNER to rent. Light cooking everyday. Rental must include utilities bills. $1,300.
Locations ONLY at Bendemeer or Boon Keng or Geylang Bahru.
If flat sharing, main or sub tenants must NOT be PRC. No offence.
Move in mid July or August. Long term staying, 1yr subject to extend.
I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY AGENT FEES, so agents need not respond. Want direct owners.
