Several months ago I signed a lease for 2 years on a 100sq metre unit I explained to agent that I wanted a showroom to display samples and to use as an office space. He told owner and they said it was ok. But a friend of mine said it was rated as a B1unit and I needed permision to use it as a showroom. I have fully renovated etc... should try and get approval from URA or just leave it?
