SELL or RENT. I have 2br Dover Parkview condo to sell/rent. I'm happy for both case and ready to give it a go. Any advise whether to sell or rent in view of current situation. i.e. incoming government policy (income ceiling, cool of measure, etc) vs price that is showing steady increase.

Dear Angel,

May I know what is the price you are looking at to sell and rent? A good way to do it maybe to rent out at a good price 1st and then work on selling it especially so if buyers are looking to invest therefore with attractive renal rate, investors will be more encouraged to buy your unit. In this way, you can also have some rental income while securing the next buyer.

Anyway, I have 2 clients who are looking to rent a unit in the vicinity as well as a client looking to purchase a unit in the vicinity.

Would appreciate if you are able to share more information on your unit.

Dover park view is a condo which has good demand for buyers i.e investors and this condo has a demand by tenants, as well as buyers for own stay.

If the unit is vacant, i would suggest get a tenant first, and then sell or chk if you can maintain this unit.

Hi Angel,

It depends much on your own preference. If it is for long term investment, then you may want to rent it out first and then work out your sales plan when the price is right. However, if the current transacted price is already upto your expectation, you may want to sell it straight away instead of selling with tenancy which is usually takes a longer time for the market to consume.
