With the legal matters already settled, the focus should be on pricing the flat correctly, managing buyer interactions professionally, and keeping the entire process calm and contained.

I have handled several hdb sale cases relating to divorce over the years and will be able to help. Since the final judgement court order is out and I assume the court order is to sell the flat in the open market, the sale of the flat will be required by a stipulated timeline as indicated. All sellers still need to sign on the option to purchase documents so yes it involves communication between the sellers, be it indirectly through agent or directly. I have experience being this person to help bridge communications. Is the property still currently occupied by either of you?
