Seeking advice from gurus here. I have a studio in Spring@Langsat for rent/sale. May i ask if it would be more difficult to sell with tenancy? Understand some would buy for investment and some would buy for own stay, thus selling with tenancy would favour the former than latter. Just like to ask if you have experienced more 'investors' or 'home-stayers' in the past 3 months, especially for this district. Thanks!

Hi S.K.,

It is not difficult to sell with tenancy. The only difficult issue is the viewing whereby the tenant must be co-operative and willing to open up for viewing. Some tenants want privacy and refused to be disturbed, so this case will be a bit more difficult to sell. Usually I will schedule viewing all in one timing to make it more convenient for the tenant as well, and disturb the tenant to the minimum.

I would be glad to help you to market for sale. I will need more info from you regarding your unit, rental yield, etc. Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for further discussion.

Thanks & Best Regards
