Saw that La Fiesta had many issues initially and the developer received complaints from owners. And now so many units are being offered for sale now. Hows the quality of the development in La Fiesta? As compared with The Luxurie. Asking as I'm thinking to buy resale condo, like the location of La Fiesta, but worried about the potential hidden issues due to development quality. Thank you

Hi,

This is one reason why resale will be better than new launch as you are able to physically view the unit to check on the quality. However, like you mentioned, you are worried that there are hidden issue which might only surface next time.

Both La Fiesta and The Luxurie location are similar (both just 2 mins away from Sengkang MRT), perhaps you can consider The Luxurie if that will make you feel more at ease?
