Residents are not satisfied with services provided by current Managing Agent, which is appointed by the developer directly. We have been asking for an AGM for the past 6 months, and till now, the Managing Agent has not responded properly.
I have discussed with some of my neighbours and could not find out a solution. How do we tackle with this problem? If we want to change another Managing Agent to manage the condo, what are the actions we can take.
