Afternoon Neeraj,
Normally in Singapore, rentals are paid on a monthly basis. Unless specified arrangements have been agreed and stated in the tenancy agreement.

Hi Neeraj,
Typically, rental for private housing in Singapore is considered private treaty therefore it is up to the landlord and tenant agreement how payment of rental should be. Most landlords will be looking at monthly basis, where rental is paid in advance for example, prior to moving into the premises, 1 month of rental will be paid to landlord.
