Resale activities have indeed picked up. I have been receiving more enquiries calls and also have been receiving more viewing request recently.
This could be due to buyers coming back into the market after realising that the cooling measures will not be lifted so soon.
However, this may not translate to higher prices in the next few months as there is still an oversupply in the residential market for the next few years. Rents continue to be depressed with sellers more willing to accept a lower price just to offload their units.
