Recently there have been several new condo projects in D14.

I would like to know Central Heights, The Water Edge and Royce? Are these good projects are investment? What will be the future development and potential growth areas for these. (the drawback is that its near to "certain district")

I am keen to get one unit but not willing to spend more than $650K.

Any recommendation? Thanks.
