Recently my glass window just shattered suddenly in my condo bedroom and balcony. May i know who is responsible for the replacement of shattered glass? Is the developer/ contractor or management liable for it even after DLP?

Dear Condo Owner,

Re: Today’s SG Professional Choice- SGAgent.com & SGRealtor.com

You can write in to MCST and stated that you wanna to stated it might be a defect caused by developer within 3 years from TOP. More than 3 years, liable parties not justify in most case.

Upon submit to MCST, forward to developer to revert and seek whether they willing to help u for replacement of any form. If no, you need to bear the replacement cost yourself.
