Reading this article here on Property Guru, "S'pore property prices to decline 12.5% in 2012"... Should I wait now before I buy any property here in SG? I was thinking of buying a resale HDB flat first since I cannot buy a HDB flat if I buy a condo first.
Reading this article, Bank of America is predicting that we would have a 20% drop until end of 2013! Of course when private property prices drop, then resale HDB flats would moderate as well taking into consideration that HDB is releasing more than 10000 BTO and EC each year.
So what should I do now? Wait until at least end of this year to see what happens before buying my resale HDB? What do the experts here recommend?
