Read 19 May Straits Times that "The Warren" is a good buy. Good size of at least 1,200 sq ft below $1 mio. Is this really a "good buy"? Why is it so "cheap" when it is next to mrt, bus interchange, shopping mall.

Hi

Its a 5 yr old leasehold property and thats the pricing of the surrounding area. If you are looking at district, that is not exactly a good buy district.
