Q1. After 5 years, EC can sell to PR. Does EC still under HDB ruling such as sell off any private property within 6 months in order to buy HDB/EC?

Q2. Does EC consider private condo after a certain period such as 10 years can sell to foreigner?

Q1. If you buy HDB Yes you need to sell within 6months. If you buy Resale EC no need.

Q2. From 11th year, all restrictions will be lifted. Foreigners and corporate bodies can buy ECs in the open market from 11th year of the EC project.
