I am interested to take on rent a property (as a tenant) in Aquarius By The Park condo at the Bedok Reservoir View.
The details are:
1. It is ground floor unit 2 bedrooms and with a patio. Approx area 900sqft.
2. Newly furnished :
a. Only 1 bed room furnished with bed.
b. 2nd bed room has a study table. No bed.
c. Living room has sofa, tv, tv console, dining table.
d. Kitchen has microwave.
e. Washer cum dryer
f. A/C
(NO other furnishing)
The rental is 3150 SGD.
Please advice if the rental valuation is correct.
