Property Wanted
I am keen in investing in a condo to make use of the reasonably affordable prices before the two commercial hubs in paya lebar and jurong lakeside comes up.My aim is to rent it out and hold the property for at least 10-15 years for capital appreciation. My criteria is near mrt and near to either one of the hubs for high demand in rental of the property. Preferably rooms minimum. What are my options of condo units ? thank you.
