Property Wanted.

Hi There! I'm from Malaysia and have been offered a job position in Serangoon Central Drive. I would like to rent out an accommodation that would allow me to have my visiting family over during the holidays and am alright with travelling a distance to work for as long as it is between 30-40 mins. I would appreciate any advice available :)

Will you be keen in a 3 bedrooms HDB flat for rental that is approx. a 20 mins commute to Serangoon Central?
