Property Wanted. Hi. I am looking to rent a condo from 26th Dec onwards until 31st Jan (1.25 months). Prefer if the place is in Tampines/Simei. I am a Singapore PR accompanied by my wife and 2 years old kid. Please advise. Thanks

Hi Sunny!

As your stay is shorter than the minimum required lease of 6 months, your only options would be a hotel or serviced apartment. I have a few serviced apartments that may be ideal for you.
