For your 1st mortgage, Initial downpayment 20% and 80% loan, 5% must be cash.

Its best to do an In Principal approval from bank before you do your booking. You need to have a bank loan before you exercised your option to purchase.

For new launches, this is by progressive payment.

5% booking fee
15% within 8 weeks

Thereafter, progressive payment Zhi Wei has already describe to you.

Stamp Duty is 3%-5400. ABSD applies for SC if you are buying 3rd properties. This need to be in cash and you can seek CPF reimbursement.
