Dear resident,

Every development has their own potential for enbloc but it very much depends on the economic outlook, attractiveness of site to the developer to go for it.

If you have the intention to sell now that price is deem acceptable to you, my advise is to proceed instead of hanging on for the potential enbloc, which may or may not materialise in the short future. Take the cash proceeDs from your sale and invest into another property or other modes of investment to let money grow. Investment is always an ongoing cycle. Many investors make money not because they waiy for the profit to maximise before taking actions, but took action while profit margin is considerably acceptable and move on to the next investment.
