There several options near Downtown East. Since it is for your own stay, would you be looking at completed projects so that you can move in immediately, or you can wait till 2016 when the new launches TOP?

As you are looking at own stay, then besides investment value, you may want to consider other factors like number of family members and their daily needs as well as amenities the development can provide and of course your personal preferences eg. seaview or nearer to MRT etc.
