Plan to sell my house , how the market now ? Is it a good time ?

Hi,
Anytime is a good time to sell your house if you have valid reasons for doing so.
I believe you must have your own reasons why you plan to sell off your house, and these are factors that you based your decisions on. You can be looking to upgrade or downgrade, or even looking to shift to a bigger house due to your family needs. This is your primary objective, and how the market is doing currently is only secondary.
Having said that, in today's market, I feel that it's now a good time for HDB upgraders to take this opportunity to upgrade to a private property. If you're a multiple properties owner, it is also a good time for you to assess and restructure your property portfolio.
